Any disputes arising from your use of ElefantBox or from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant legal jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
